• This is parking at located on the left (east) side of Spring St NW, between 8th St NW and Abercrombie Pl NW. Look for a black fenced lot next to a beige building.

• Parking Valid from 4 AM - 7 PM Daily. Vehicles must exit by 7 PM daily.

• Permit valid in striped spaces ONLY. Must display permit at all times.
